Testament - ist niemands Lieblingthema :-)

Ein wichtiges Dokument, das oft zu lange aufgeschoben wird: Das Testament

Vielen fällt es schwer über das Testament zu sprechen, es löst oft Gefühle von Abschied und Vergänglichkeit aus. Aber in Wirklichkeit ist es ein Dokument welches Fürsorge und Liebe zeigt für die Menschen welche uns nahe stehen.

Das Testament hält fest was mit unserem Besitz geschieht, wenn wir einmal nicht mehr da sind.

-          Unser Zuhause,

-          unsere Wertvollen Erinnerungsstücke,

-          unsere geliebten Schmuckstücke,

-          unsere Ersparnisse und Anlagen.

Es sorgt das die Wünsche respektiert werden und dass unsere Angehörigen welche ohnehin eine schwere Zeit durchmachen, nicht auch noch von Konflikten und Unsicherheit belastet werden.

Wenn ich ein Testament verfasse beziehe ich die Familie mit ein. Nicht, weil Kinder über das Erbe entscheiden sollen, sondern weil sie wissen sollen was dem Erblasser wichtig ist und welche Entscheidungen weshalb getroffen wurden.

Es gibt ihnen Orientierung, Trost und das Gefühl das ich auch in Zukunft um sie sorge.

Dadurch wurden schon oft Streit nach dem Tod vermieden.

Your last will

An important document that is often put off for too long: the will.

Many people find it difficult to talk about their will, as it often triggers feelings of farewell and transience. But in reality, it is a document that shows care and love for the people close to us.

The will determines what happens to our possessions once we are no longer here.

- Our home,

- our precious mementos,

- our beloved jewelry,

- our savings and investments.

It ensures that our wishes are respected and that our loved ones, who are already going through a difficult time, are not burdened by conflict and uncertainty.

When I write a will, I involve my family. Not because children should decide on the inheritance, but because they should know what is important to the testator and why certain decisions were made.

It gives them guidance, comfort, and the feeling that I will continue to care for them in the future.

This has often prevented disputes after death.
